In this hands-on, interactive weekend, you’ll learn to sit, stand, bend, walk, sit in your car, lift and carry, and lie on your side and back without pain.
You’ll learn how to recognize tension and turn it into relaxation. And when pain arises, you’ll know what to do to make it subside.
